Raynor Dental

Dear Patients,

After careful consideration of my age, health, and overall changes in the dental profession, I am happy to announce my retirement from dentistry. I want you to know that I plan to finish on Tuesday, March 31st, 2020.

It has been 30 years of fabulous practice, with the most wonderful, loyal patients that I’ve become so close to. While the relationships I have built make the decision to retire difficult for me, it is necessary.

All those years ago, my dental career was helped along by meeting Dr. Robert Weathers and Dr. John Nieskens. Both put their trust and faith in my abilities to care for Dr. Weathers’ patients. After his retirement, I formed a partnership with Dr. Nieskens, which became NYPA. I truly respected and appreciated their advice and overall concern for my health, happiness, and wellbeing.

Over the years, we were blessed to have a very dedicated, hard working group of employees, some of whom remained with us for almost three decades. The practice of dentistry was very different 30 years ago in respect to materials for restoration, treatment of periodontal disease, x-ray equipment for diagnosis, practice operations, philosophy, scheduling, and collections.

We’ve come a very long way from then to today.

Speaking of the practice today, in July of 2019, we started the transition of our practice to Raynor Dental. Jason Raynor and his family were patients of Dr. Weathers and NYPA. Jason worked as my assistant for a year before attending Tufts Dental School. I’ve now had almost 2 years to work with Jason and his team in developing the new office.

Working with the new younger dentists has been fun. I’ve been very impressed with their skill level and calm, caring demeanor. They have very much exceeded my expectations. The organization of the new practice is still developing, but I know this practice will offer and produce the highest quality dental care, including all aspects of dentistry that can be done in this office.

My wife and I will continue to live in Dublin, and will try to see some of this great country and parts of the world we’ve not seen.

Thank you to all my wonderful patients, all my previous employees, and all the Raynor Dental employees who have been so very kind and supportive of me. I will treasure all the memories.

Sincerely,

Dr. William Yoe
