Meet the Raynor Dental Team, Fun Loving & Highly Trained Professionals

Dr. Jason Raynor

Jason Raynor, DMD

Naturally, I jumped at the opportunity to practice in the Monadnock region since I was born and raised in Harrisville, NH. There is something amazing about New England and New Hampshire particularly. I went to Keene High School, then on to UNH for a BS in Plant Biology. I attended Tufts Dental School where I met my best friend, partner and fellow dentist Dr Steph Raynor. My practice philosophy is simple; treat every patient as you would want to be treated. All of my treatment plans are subject to this litmus test: would I perform this treatment on my wife or daughter? I also enlist the help of each patient to determine what is best for them by giving options, discussing the pros and cons of each and collectively determining their unique path to oral health. I like to spend spare time with my family, fishing, mountain biking and reading.

Stephanie Raynor, DMD

After growing up in a suburban town near Atlanta, GA, I received my BS in Nutrition Science from the University of Georgia. I then relocated to Boston, MA to attend Tufts Dental. Moving to NH was a major transition but I’ve truly enjoyed becoming a New Englander and feel very fortunate to be practicing dentistry with my husband. I believe in making our patients feel like members of our family. My goal is to help patients understand their treatment and feel comfortable in the dental chair. I enjoy traveling and spending my free time with Dr Jay, our daughter Nola, and our dog Doc.

Dr. Daniel Yang Zhao

Daniel Yang Zhao, DMD, MS

I grew up in south coast Massachusetts and I love just about everything that is New England. I received my BS in Cell and Molecular Biology from Tulane University and continued to get my MS in Human Genetics from Tulane University School of Medicine. I then moved to Kentucky to attend dental school at University of Louisville School of Dentistry to obtain my DMD. Being away from home for nearly a decade, I knew I wanted to be closer to friends and family, so I am now happily back in New England! Dentistry for me is not just my job; it’s something that I look forward to every Monday. I enjoy meeting and knowing all of my patients and my philosophy is to provide you the same care that I would provide for my mother. I love to rock climb, ski and countless other outdoor activities.

Hallie Dugrenier

Practice Manager

Hallie Dugrenier

Originally from just outside of Syracuse, New York, I attended college close to home at Oswego State University of New York. After having been a dental assistant for a year, I decided to go back to school for business management. I moved to Keene after school in search of a place to start my expanded career in dentistry. After falling in love with the area and the natural beauty it offered, I decided to stay. A decision made much easier, when I met Dr Steph and Dr Jay and realized that they viewed work with the same outlook as I – not as just a job but a way to make a difference in people’s lives. We came together with an amazing team and have started to build a practice that will make a positive and inspiring impact on our community. I spend much of my free time delved into various community boards and committees. I love to down time with my husband, Andy, our dog Autobahn, and trying to fit in as much time as possible with friends and family.

Jan Walker

Registered Dental Hygienist

Jan Walker, RDH

I left Michigan for the dental hygiene program at the University of Vermont — and for skiing in the Green Mountains — and quickly fell in love with the beauty of New England. After working as a hygienist in Boston for a year, I returned to Burlington, VT for a year before permanently settling in Keene where I have remained in this same practice since 1972. There have been many changes over the years in technology, clinical practice and even new doctors but the basic things that I love about my work remain the same. Each day brings some kind of challenge, my patients are a constant joy, and I’m proud to be a part of a practice that provides top quality work with concern for the patient being most important. When not working, I try to get outdoors, skiing, biking, golfing. I also love to relax with a good book or a game of bridge. I have two daughters, one living in Harrisville with her husband and two sons and the other living in NYC with her husband and son, all of whom I can’t get enough of. Life is good!

Sarah Winn

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sarah Winn, RDH

I grew up in Hinsdale, NH. I worked for a couple years after graduating high school before deciding I wanted to become a dental hygienist. I attended New Hampshire Technical Institute in Concord, NH and graduated in 2006 with an Associate’s Degree in Science and a major in Dental Hygiene. In 2012, I completed an expanded functions course where I became certified to administer local anesthesia in the office. I am always eager to learn new skills and further my career. I love being a part of this growing practice and enjoy providing individualized care to each of my patients. I currently live in West Chesterfield, NH with my husband, Alex, and our two beagles. I love trying new things, crocheting, cross stitching and recently completed my first Tough Mudder event in August 2013.

Lori Morrison

The first 20 years of my life were spent in Charlestown, NH before moving to Keene, NH where I met my husband, Andy. I attended Keene State College with a focus on Business Management and spent the last 10 years as a stay-at-home mom doing part-time bookkeeping. I have two energetic boys who keep me very busy. We love all that New England has to offer for outdoor activities and we particularly love winter! I am so happy to have re-entered the workforce at Raynor Dental and look forward to getting to know all our patients.

Amber Paulson

Certified Dental Assistant

Amber Paulson, CDA

I am from Greenfield Massachusetts and graduated from Greenfield community college with my associates in Liberal Arts in 2006. It wasn’t until years later that my interest in the dental field and helping others lead me to become a dental assistant. I worked at a community health center for 4 years in Turners Falls, Massachusetts before I relocated to Peterborough, New Hampshire in August 2014. I was eager and nervous to start all over in a new practice. Luckily my job search lead me to Raynor Dental where I am a proud member of their wonderful team. Most of my free time is spent with friends and family and doing anything outdoors. I have fallen in love with the Monadnock Region and hope to be here for years to come.
